Eligibility for Returns
- Time Frame: Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the purchase date.
- Condition: Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. Due to the personal nature of our products, we cannot accept returns of items that have been opened or used.
- Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.
Non-Returnable Items
- Used Orders: Used items are not eligible for return.
- Sale Items: Items purchased on sale or clearance are final sale and cannot be returned.
